This week we studied the topic of narration, and I would like to share with you what I learned.  Narration Some forms of narration are novels, short stories, poems, etc. In a narration the different kinds of paragraphs can be combined to be able to convey the message or the purpose to the readers. When writing a short story, different facts about events are included and they always follow an order. The details are important when writing stories that’s why narrative and descriptive details are used to help plot the narrative story. NARRATIVE DETAILS They provide specific information about the characters, places, things, and events. These details apart from actions, thoughts, and feelings, also include dialogues. They answer to: what? how? Who? WELCOME BACK! PERSUASIVE PARAGRAPH This week we studied persuasive paragraph and I would like to share with you what I learned. If you want to build an argument, this type of paragraph is recommended. When a paragraph is professionally written, it includes reasons to support the ideas. To achieve this, it is necessary to add research and facts to convince the reader The persuasive paragraph tries to get the reader to accept of change a point of view or just to understand the writer point of view. This kind of compositions can vary from a serious proposal to an unusual one. Some things to take into consideration are: Try to convince the reader that a point of view is worthy of consideration If you consider both sides of an issue, you can reveal a preference in favor of one side over another. The writer can show preference for a specific idea. Facts are important to support and idea or position, but the writer is not being objective. The point of view is subjective because every person...
