WELCOME BACK! This week we studied the topic of narration, and I would like to share with you what I learned. Narration Some forms of narration are novels, short stories, poems, etc. In a narration the different kinds of paragraphs can be combined to be able to convey the message or the purpose to the readers. When writing a short story, different facts about events are included and they always follow an order. The details are important when writing stories that’s why narrative and descriptive details are used to help plot the narrative story. NARRATIVE DETAILS They provide specific information about the characters, places, things, and events. These details apart from actions, thoughts, and feelings, also include dialogues. They answer to: what? how? Who? DESCRIPTIVE DETAILS These details add something extra to the framework and there are 3 types of descriptive details: sensory, factual, and figurative.
