Welcome to my blog!

The semester is over, it has been months of different challenges to face, however, I have managed to finish with all my assignments. In this blog I want to tell you what I have learned through all these activities.

 

At first it was difficult for me to make compositions because I did not have the basics and I did not know the structures that a piece of writing should have either. Before studying this subject, I used to write without knowing that everything has a logical order. I learned how to write in a coherent and cohesive way and little by little my writings were improving and became less complicated.

Another challenge that I had to face in this subject, is that I am not particularly good at imagining stories and I had to develop my creativity and imagination.

One of the things I learned is that writing is a process that takes time, you do not write randomly, because there is a step by step to follow from brainstorming, constant revision of spelling, structures, and grammar to the final publication. It is a complex world; however, the result brings satisfaction.

I still have things to learn, but I feel more prepared for the next semester because I got tools that will help me develop my abilities as a student. I would like to be honest, I thought that I could not do a composition and I suffered at the beginning, but during all these activities I realized that I could do things that I thought I never could.

From now on I will write in a more responsible and orderly way, and I think that what I learned in Composition I, will help me for the other subjects that I am going to take in the near future. And about my life, I will walk with a more positive mind knowing that it is always possible to achieve those things that seems impossible, it only takes daring to do them and make an effort, hoping for the best results.

Finally, I want to thank my teacher for challenging me every week to do new and interesting things that tested my ability and skills. It was a wonderful time of learning and practicing, so thank you very much.
