DRAFTING

Welcome back!

Today, I will share what I have been studying during the week.  The topic was "drafting" and, this step occurs once we finish the prewriting technique.

It is necessary to start creating the initial composition and start typing all the ideas we have but, caring about the order. The drafting is not the final composition but, if you try to be clean from the beginning is going to be easier for you. 

One important thing is that in this stage is not necessary to check grammar, in others word, you can make mistakes.

When starting the drafting process, it is important to know what you are looking for, your goals about the text.  Are you trying to convince? Do you want to persuade? Do you want to tell a story? This answer can help you to know the way you need to follow.

The activity for this week was interesting, I wrote about my daily routine and how to prepare a Margherita Pizza. 

All these activities made me realize the importance of the prewriting techniques because making a list and a mapping helped me a lot during the drafting process.
